One of the joys of staying at a KOA campground are the great facilities we have. One of the most popular are our camping cabins, or Kamping Kabins® (KOA speak). This is a step up from those 10 person tents that takes 3 hours to put up. And oh don't you enjoy doing that at 10 PM. "Honey...where do you have the stakes?". Been there.
Imagine getting to a campground and enjoying all the camping experience and not having to deal with:
-
Setting up the tent
-
Securing one's belongings
-
Cold or wet nights
-
Sleeping on the hard ground
A camping cabin allow you to camping experience and not deal with those tenting issues. You pull up, open the door, carry your gear from your vehicle into the cabin, close the door, and you are done. Enjoy the campfires, the beautiful scenery, the pool, jumping pillow, Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, etc. while staying in a nice clean and dry cabin.

Here is what you need to bring:

Leave behind your worries of finding a good tent site, cold nights, and that sore back in the morning.
The cabins contain bunks for 4 or 6 to sleep. You use our central bath house which is very close by for showers, etc. KOA.com has a nice description of kamping kabins. I encourge you to check it out. Please know we only allow pets in a few select cabins that fill up fast so be sure to make your reservation soon if you are bringing any 4 legged friends.
Just a note for you tenters, we have great sites for you as well. /\!!!\
